These terms apply when you buy a guide from Colors by Wren ("we", "us"). The store is run by Marcos Cesar Barbosa Ribeiro, Brasília, Brazil. By buying, you agree to these terms.
Each product is a digital guide in PDF format, in English. Bundles include the guides listed with them. Nothing physical is shipped.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. You get access to the files immediately after payment, by download link and by email.
You may download, print and use the guides for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, or use them in a commercial product.
Wren Ellis is a fictional character created with artificial intelligence. The guides contain general styling ideas based on everyday practice. They are not professional, medical or dermatological advice, and results vary from person to person. You use any suggestion at your own discretion.
Because the guides are delivered instantly, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel or withdraw once the download is available. All sales are final, with the exceptions listed in the refund policy below.
